Hayley Mackinnon

Hayley MacKinnon brings a rare depth of firsthand elite competition experience to the Attaché Stables team. A former FEI Grand Prix rider, Hayley has competed at the highest levels of the sport, developing a sharp eye for performance, detail, and the fine margins that separate good from exceptional.

Today, Hayley applies that top-level perspective in her role as an FEI groom, where her understanding of the horse–rider partnership, pressure environments, and championship standards is invaluable. Her background as a Grand Prix competitor allows her to anticipate the needs of high-performance horses, maintain consistency in daily management, and support riders with calm professionalism in and out of the ring.

Known for her work ethic, horsemanship, and steady presence at major competitions, Hayley is a trusted member of the Attaché team and an integral part of the program’s commitment to excellence at the international level.
